Our conference rates include exclusive use of the lodge and grounds.

Winter Season - May to October

We offer two options. You can book the lodge for the day only or you can come for the day and also stay overnight. Please contact us to make your booking.

Day only option

Full use of the lodge for a whole day. Includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. Continuous tea and coffee is available.

Price: $250 (excl) for the lodge plus $28 (excl) per person for food.

Day plus overnight option

Full use of the lodge for the day and night until after breakfast the following morning. Includes morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and continental-style breakfast. Continuous tea and coffee is available.

Price: $500 (excl) for the lodge plus $83 (excl) per person for food.

Payment Terms

Full payment is due 7 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 7 days of arrival, no refund.

All prices are GST exclusive.

Summer Season - November to April

In the summer we are primarily a walking holiday business but we may be able to accommodate conferences if we are not busy.
