Bream Head Coast Walks

In May we were visited by a group of walkers and on their final day one of the group, Eileen Piggott Irvine offered to write an article about their experiences. She did a great job and the article was published in New Zealand Walking Magazine's July issue. Here it is…

Local reporter Mike Mansell visited us in September 2009. He was interested in finding out about the processes we had been through, and the reasons why we decided  to set up our tourism business.  He wrote an article explaining his findings and it was published later on that month in our local newspaper, The Whangarei Report.

Our block is 80 acres on the north-eastern slopes of the Mount Manaia range.  Your accommodation is a brand new, purpose built lodge, near the entrance to our property.  We take up to twelve walkers at a time.
