Your first evening meal will be in the lodge when you arrive, requiring only a minimum of input from you – perhaps heating something in the oven or cooking something on the barbecue.
Our menu will vary with the seasons, the market, our, and our friends’ vegetable gardens, and what our fishermen can catch.

Lunch
(Prepare this yourself to take with you)- Fresh bread or rolls, locally made sourdough
- Ham, tuna or salami
- Lettuce

- Mayonnaise
- Selection of pickles, chutneys (our own)
- Home baking, such as muffins, peanut brownies or shortbread …
- Fresh fruit
Pre dinner snack
- A platter of roasted seasonal vegetables with home made garlic aioli
Dinner
- BBQ steak
- Potato gratin
- Mushrooms stuffed with fresh herbs, capers and parmesan
- Green salad with home made parsley vinaigrette
- Spinach salad with toasted walnuts
Dessert
- Sticky date pudding with butterscotch sauce and cream
